Introduction
As part of the 2007-2008 Scottish FA sponsorship agreement with Football For All (FFA), the Scottish FA commissioned FFA to produce a 'best practice report on reporting mechanisms' to tackle discriminatory behaviour in football.

The following report has been financed through UEFA and is published as a best practice document. FFA hopes it will prove to be of use to all of Scotland's professional football clubs, as well as other stakeholders with an interest in tackling discriminatory behaviour in football.
